Sonic Jord is what happens when a lifelong enthusiast of music and nature notices the lack of sustainable practices within the industry she loves and decides to make change.

My mission here is to work with you (or your artists) and develop the best plan for creating environmentally friendly solutions, alternatives and options for the musician's daily life and business. There are so many avenues that can be tackled to make small but effective and important changes to reduce our carbon footprints.

FOUNDER: CASEY JO
My journey began as a little band geek starting with the recorder in elementary school. After that came choir, wind ensemble, percussion, marching band and the French horn. I've always had an unexplainable connection with music.
I majored in Music Management at William Paterson University and have worked in copyright and music publishing since 2009. For as long as I can remember, my happy place is in the outdoors and nature which I attribute to growing up in a rural part of NJ.

In my thirties, my appreciation for nature grew into an interest in sustainability and green practices. I wanted to see these habits in my field of work and while there are some likeminded folks in the music industry, I noticed an immense lack of a relationship between the music industry and sustainability. Something had to change.
My friends, that is how Sonic Jord was born!
